Class Description
Classical Instruction, Charcoal, Chalk Pastel, Colored Pencil, Beginning Oil Painting, Drawing Exercise *Due to the hybrid nature of this class, when more students have opted for Zoom rather than in person, Charity may switch to teaching from her private studio. If this occurs, students have three options: 1) attend over Zoom from your home 2) attend in person at Charity's private studio 3) attend in person at Central Art Supply by going to Lakaia's laptop at their turn. If you know you will be absent or switching to Zoom, please give Charity as much advance notice as is possible. Please Note: there is a $65 registration fee due at time of sign up. This fee is due annually at fall sign up or upon first sign up at any time in the year. Registration is nonrefundable. The registration fee holds your place in class and also covers the cost of adminstration to get you enrolled.
Cancellation Policy
If you choose to discontinue classes, a one month notice is requested (by the first of the prior month) so that we have a chance to fill the spot and to stop auto payment. Scheduling and Payment Policy: Upon entering into contract, a spot is being held in the weekly class, whether or not the student is able to attend & must be paid for. Arrangements may be made to make up a missed class - up to 4 missed classes per school year. Missed classes above & beyond the 4 will need to be accepted as a loss. We take the week of any major holiday off, as well as spring & Christmas breaks. If a class must be missed, as much advance notice is requested. You will encounter our missed make up class policies during the sign up process.
